Meet our service manager: Simon Medero

Simon has his TDLR Residential Appliance Installers License (license #463541), CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and CPI (Certified Pool Inspector). He is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Simon received hands-on training from Stacy Holliday between 2017 and 2020, and brings years of experience as a former Service Manager for a major pool company in the Dallas area. His deep knowledge of pool equipment and swimming pool systems, combined with his expertise in repairs and maintenance, makes him a trusted professional in the field.

Simon is known for his outstanding customer service. When you encounter an issue with your pool, he responds promptly and keeps you informed throughout the process. He also conducts regular follow-ups and inspections to ensure our technicians are delivering the high-quality service you expect from Holliday Pools.

He has the skills and knowledge to diagnose and resolve a wide range of pool issues—from leaks and skimmer repairs to motors, pumps, and various types of filters. Josh stands behind his work and ensures every job is done right the first time. Known for his exceptional work ethic, Josh is honest, dependable, and takes great pride in his craftsmanship.
