Fluent in both English and Spanish, Simon ensures clear communication and outstanding service for a diverse clientele. From 2017 to 2020, he received hands-on training under the guidance of industry expert Stacy Holliday, which laid the foundation for his success as a former Service Manager at a leading pool company in the Dallas area.
Simon is highly regarded for his responsiveness, technical skill, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether diagnosing equipment issues or performing routine maintenance, he consistently goes above and beyond—keeping clients informed every step of the way and following up to ensure lasting results.

Josh has years of hands-on experience and a TDLR Residential Appliance Installer License (#650848).
